FAQ: What is Biz Core?
Biz Core is the payment provider for many businesses.
If you have an amount debited between $5.00 and $16.99 from Biz Core on your bank statement, it’s likely that a recent payment to one of our business partners was dishonoured, and the amount being debited by Biz Core is for a dishonour fee incurred.
If you’re unsure who you’ve recently dishonoured with, feel free to contact us and our friendly staff will provide you with more information.
FAQ: What happens if I cancel my direct debit to Biz Core with my bank?
As we are a payment provider, if you cancel (aka payment stop) a direct debit to us with your bank you will also be cancelling the direct debit to the organisation we are providing the direct debit service for.
This could result in late fees and other charges as well as falling behind on your obligated payments.
FAQ: How do I reinstate (un-cancel) my direct debit with Biz Core?
Go to your bank and ask to lift the payment stop to Biz Core (FSoft Pty Ltd, BECS User ID 503761).
Then contact us to get your payment agreement re-authorised.
FAQ: My payment has declined, now what?
You should contact the organisation your payment declined to and discuss your options.
Biz Core will attempt to direct debit a dishonour fee on your next scheduled payment cycle.
FAQ: My payment is due on a public holiday, will it still be debited?
Yes, your payment will be debited on the banking day before, or after the National Public Holiday depending on the organisation’s preference. You should contact the organisation or read the direct debit agreement t&cs you signed to see which option will occur, usually it will be after.
If the public holiday is not a national holiday, the payment will be debited on the same day.
